Day of Coordination

You’ve poured your heart into the planning process; we want you to be able to experience the joy of your big day without worrying about all the little details. We’ll step in to ensure that your day runs smoothly, and you get to cherish every minute of your event with your family and friends. We’ll work with you 6 weeks prior to your day to ensure the final wrap-up of details is stress-free. We’ll include on-site styling, basic décor set up, a customized wedding day timeline/schedule and vendor management to ensure everything you planned is just how you imagined.

Vendor Management

Beginning four weeks prior to the event, Our Team will ensure your vendors have a point of contact for any last-minute questions, concerns, or issues. We are on-site to manage your event, so you and your guests can enjoy the day.

Communication begins four weeks prior to The Event

• Design review + venue walkthrough

• Vendor management

• Quality check of set up

• Assuring the day runs according to the prepared timeline

• Troubleshooting any problems that may arise during The Event

• On-site until party begins

Set up & Tear Down

The last thing you want to worry about on your event day is hauling tables or hanging string lights! Leave the heavy lifting to us so you and your family can enjoy your event from start to finish without worrying about who is going to stay to pack up all your beautiful decor at the end of the night. We visit the venue with you in advance to discuss all of your design and decor planning in full; we then set up your event just the way you envisioned the day of or day before your event. We will then come back and take it all down at the end of the night or next day according to your venue contract.
